Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@myra-heritage.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
